In a bizarre twist on the high-profile
murder trial of filmmaker Tom Grayson,
attorney Bernard Shepherdman has
announced that the Ashley Swan
Memorial Trust has decided to release
the footage of Ms. Swan's murder to the
public.
Earlier this year, Shepherdman had
announced plans, made by the trust, to
hire cult filmmaker Jonas Wolfschitz to
murder trial of filmmaker Tom Grayson,

consecutive life sentences in San Quentin.
